
This tripartite partnership signifies a shared vision to establish the Brazil- Nigeria Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, to be headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and promote business advocacy, provide platforms for strategic networking, and support inclusive economic development in a manner consistent with the laws and foreign policy frameworks of Brazil and Nigeria.

The Parties wish to collaborate to establish and operate the Brazil-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce as a non-exclusive, multi-regional platform open to stakeholders from Brazil, Nigeria, the wider Americas, Africa, and the Caribbean through the Camara de Comercio Industria e Serviços Africa America e Caribe (CAFRAM). The Parties recognize the strategic importance of strengthening economic and commercial ties between Brazil and Nigeria.

The Chamber is intended to serve as a private sector-led, non-partisan business network for the purpose of promoting investment, trade facilitation, policy advocacy, business collaboration, and economic development in alignment with the national and foreign policy goals of both Nigeria and Brazil.
Niger Foods Serve as co-promoter and institutional founding member of the Chamber and will Provide strategic advisory input on agro-industrial trade, investment, and logistics between Nigeria and Brazil.
While CAFRAM shall: Oversee the establishment of the Brazil-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce and host it in its offices in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo in Brazil.
The Origin group will Facilitate high-level government and private sector engagements, including with the Lagos State Government and other regional authorities.
